Refund Policy

Refunds are not allowed for any courses, programs or subscriptions, whether one-time or monthly, as the activation is instant. As soon as an account is active, the subscription loses its exclusiveness and all our subscriptions are based on exclusiveness, so a refund will not be provided under any circumstances for any subscription.

The customer is obligated to cancel before the next payment date. Monthly, 6-month, and yearly subscriptions are automatically renewing and the subscriber is obligated to cancel before renewal. If a subscriber fails to cancel before renewal, they will not be eligible for any refund.
